There used to be a place in Sylvan Lake called the Western Canada Fry Company I believe, we used to stop there on our way home from ice fishing and they made a bad ass Poutine. It would go home cut fries, cheese curds & gravy and repeat for 2 more layers. They got their cheese curds shipped in from Quebec as well as their gravy. For an extra $6 you could get a double bacon cheese burger with a fried egg and gravy on it.
I hope that place is still around Im drooling now.
