Essentially you can do the same thing in Vegas as they offer similar promotions. You buy in for a large amount at the Baccarat table with a friend. Every bet you make, your friend does just the opposite.
So say you both bet $100 at a time, therefore both of you are rewarded 100 points. 200 points per draw of the cards. (1 point for every dollar played)
This adds a ton of points to your players cards which you can get free rooms, dinners ect. So your roughly paying a 5% commission on the banker bet ~50% of the time, which means your paying $5 for every 400 points you receive.
10,000 points is usually enough to get your room free with your room service bll picked up, and all that'd cost you is, doing the math is, $125.
*The math is not exact as the banker is favored to win slightly more then 50% of the time
