Interestingly (to me), the cost of the Park and Ride is $2.925 Million. However, the $3 fee would bring in $8.925, which means the cost would offset itself over three times.
So, if you did have the Park and Ride fee at $1, that would almost exactly off-set the current cost of Park and Ride.

Does that cost include the new security measures (improved cameras, new cameras, bike patrols) or the opportunity cost of selling the park n' ride land to development interests?
