Carra is a very strong candidate for Alderman.
I've worked with him in during my university days with the Forrest Lawn Design Charrettes and revitalization planning. He know his stuff in regards to Urban planning and what makes a great city.
He has also done some great stuff as head of the Inglewood community association over the past few years. He can be a bit abrasive to work with, but I think he'll bring some great ideas to council as an alderman. Lots of things that will make the inner city a stronger entity.
