However, because we agree on these points does not mean I will not be asking hard questions of the City Administration throughout the campaign and when I am elected Mayor. The point that I was trying to make is that the job of our city council is to do their own research and ask tough question so that we as citizens can be assured that we are getting best value for our tax dollars. Our current City Council didn’t do that when they exempted the Police budget from review. My issue is with City Council and not the men and women in uniform.
