Just a heads up because I bought a used one not that long ago and now regret it.

First off - don't pay more than 3K for a used tub. The reason being is there are a lot of brand new tubs out there that can be had for 5 - 6K.

Second - Try to get a tub that's at 5 years old at the most. The tubs when older than 5 years are a lot heavier, more difficult to clean and don't have the features of newer tubs.

Third - Have the tub you're buying delivered if possible. These things are heavy and unless you have 6 strong guys willing to help out then your best bet is pay a few hundred bucks and have it delivered. I'd recomend getting a crane if possible. See if you can find someone willing to do it for a cash deal.

Finally - Make sure you see the tub actually running and working. Play with all the gadgets, lights, stereo etc and make sure it all works. When I bought mine and got it running, I found out the speakers were blown, 2 lights didn't work and there was a problem with about 6 jets. Not good.
