I think CP has a lot of inner city folk on here. I live in the burbs and there is no question traffic is my main concern. The one thingthwt drives me crazy is wasting time in traffic because we have no snow clearing or haven't planned the city properly. It's incredibly frustrating!
The one attractive thing about McIver to me is that he would basically pave everything and figure it out later!
