Which brings me to a question of evaluating QBs. How to evaluate Jake Locker? Has run for first downs, has run for nothing. Has thrown for TDs and has thrown 2 INTs. Alot of hype about him coming into the season. How do we know if he's playing good/bad or if his team is playing good/bad?

My god this are awfully numbers he has on the afternoon 4/19 71 yards 1 TD 2 INT.
But then has 10 carries for 61 yards and 1 TD.
I'm thinking it is a combination of both him playing bad and his team playing bad.
