I've had my Bluray player for almost 2 years now, and I've only really updated the firmware on it once, with the disc that came in the box. Just for a a frame of reference, this was the Bluray player that came out a while back with 'The Dark Knight' as a throw in.

We've had absolutely no problems with it, up until reciently. It's skipping on some parts, and not loading other discs. I've been trying to install the latest Firmware (2.12) to the unit, with no success. I've tried two CDs, and USB once with the same message that "Update data is damaged" or something like that.

Does anyone have this Bluray player? Any issues? Anyone know where I can find previous versions of Firmware?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
