Yes and no. While they haven't outright censored any media company, they're certainly doing what they can to limit freedom of the press as much as possible if reporters would paint the administration in a less-than-flattering light. Take a look at what happened to Helen Thomas. She's the longest-serving member of the White House Press Corps, and by tradition she was always afforded the first question after any news conference. In the lead-up to the Iraq war, though, the Bush administration didn't like the tough questions she was asking, so they moved her from her choice front-row seat to the back of the room and rarely if ever take her questions anymore. The message sent is clear: if the press doesn't play ball with this administration, they'll lose their precious access. The White House has essentially neutred American journalists.
And that's not even getting into the whole Jeff Gannon fiasco.
