No he didn't. He made a gesture but it's not like he held on to her so she couldn't escape or imprisoned her. I'm not condoning what he did and not saying that he shouldn't be looked at in a different light. If he was being considered for a school, daycare, or a job that involves childeren I would be very wary however we are talking about a football job here so I don't see the relevance.
