I sync my iPhone with my laptop to transfer Outlook appointments. Usually I just plug the iPhone into my USB jack and it syncs automatically. It's not doing it now. I get an error message that says: the iPhone cannot be used because the Apple mobile device is not started. Why is it not syncing for me now and how can I do a manual sync?
