Palin and Gingrich have been rather vocal and against it. Gingrich is the one who declared 59th street as some magical barrier between where you can (north of) and where you can't (south of) build the center.
I can't recall hearing much from McCain or The Orange One. Of course, they have a low standard to live up to since Obama wimped out. On the other end of the scale, the two people who came out strongest for the place have been Bloomberg and Orrin Hatch (R-UT).

One of the funnier inconsistencies has been the wacky Palin and her us vs them, coastal elite vs real america rhetoric slamming up against her need to now feel as one with those coastal elite New Yorkers who suffered during 9/11 and should not have to see an islamic cultural center.
