Well Oz Boy isn't with the Others. He's with the 2nd group of survivors. The Others are another group we don't' know much about, except the probably have Walt.
For those that don't know who "Oz Boy" is he's the big guy that Sawyer was calling "Shaft". He used to play Atibese (sp) on the show "Oz". Great to see him on Lost - great character actor.
