I think younger girl's these days have it as good as us guys in most instances, and honestly I don't really see them struggling to succeed like their mothers/grandmothers probably did. The one big area that will always be an issue is that eternal question of family or career. It's pretty damn hard to excel at both.....not impossible, but if you're really good at one, chances are the other suffers.
