Its been this way for a few years, unfortunately there is no better way.
It works out because his speed is probably 65 vs gio's 88, but in areas like fighting/strength its probably a 92 vs gio's 40-50 which brings gio's overall down quite a bit.
Additionally people forget that forwards will always get a higher overall rating then defense because defense always have a sub 20 faceoff rating while forwards have at least a 60+ with most sitting in the 80 range.
Normally overall means next to nothing, athletics seem to hold the most importance when it comes to playability but i very much agree that is sickening to see the overall of goons in the range of 50 point defencemen or see jackman even close to glenny.
