You should research the source of funding for the pedestrian bridge. I'll give you a hint: it did
not come from general municipal funds, it did
not contribute to the budget deficit at City Hall, and it did
not play any factor in property taxes going up. If you're going to be angry about it, the least you could do is get your facts straight.
