I feel exactly the same way actually. I just think that if no deal can be done in the shorter term than we can't sit around discussing this for the next few decades.
I also think that the speed limit would make an exit to go into that casino unsafe (I prefer no stop lights, specifically for one business interest). Unfortunately that might mean that someone would have to arrrange access another way.
