I've thought about using WHS but I'm wondering if there's anything it can do that a Drobo can't. Right now I'm using my main desktop as a media server, but it sucks too much power to keep running all the time. A Drobo is small, quiet and easily upgradeable when it comes to storage. But if WHS has any advantages I'd look into it.
