This might be the funniest post I have read here in a long time.
I am not really an animal person by any stretch of the imagination but there is something messed up about someone doing this. I can understand killing puppies because it is part of life (such as living on a farm) and the other aspect is we may be viewing this with a western bias in which dogs are our best friend and all, where as in many eastern european countries it would be more practical to throw them in the river as there are no other options like an SPCA.
At the end of the video it doesn't sound like she is speaking English but rather it sounds like she has an Eastern European accent.... but I could be wrong.
