Higgins is aware that EMS is provincially funded right? Right?
How can anyone have decided on Higgins at this point in the game. Her platform is vague, questionable and apparently ignorant.
I'm hoping the front runners will shape up after labor day - seems most of the big name candidates are currently mailing it in.
