I don't think Stewart claims to unbiased. He's a moderate liberal, I'm pretty sure he'd tell you that. He's argued on his show several times for liberal causes. But his logic is airtight most of the time. Which is why he continually makes people that take him on look really bad.
One of my favorite lines from Stephen Colbert is "reality has a liberal bias." It's a good quote because it makes the point that at some point you have to stop search for moderation and look at who makes the most sense. If Republicans aren't making any sense, then the Liberals pointing that out isn't biased. It's just true.

Well the Democrats are corrupt too, so it's no surprise. But I don't get how you put the blame on Pelosi. Pelosi did her job, she got all the liberal measures by the House. The "change" people voted for was in the bills that went to the Senate. Where they died a horrid death at the hands of the "moderate" Democrats, who are really just proponents of big business. Just like the entire Republican Party.
