Depending on how many consoles were banned be wary of an influx of used 360 consoles for sale. If you buy one of the banned consoles you won't be able to use any online functionality or use it as a media server.

this isnt a secret that they ban accounts. Anyone who uses there hacked xbox for a game and goes online deserves to be banned. If you play the game enough for multiplayer, you use it enough to warrant a purchase.
