Just a question to the CP fitness junkies, would P90X work for gaining weight very well? I really can't stand the gym and so I've been looking at home workout options and P90X seems like the kind of thing I could really get into. Only problem is I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm hoping to pack on a little (hopefully 15 - 20 pounds by Christmas). If P90X wouldn't work what would be a good alternative?
