Exp:
I like this one:
1 cup of strawberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 of grapes
5 Tbls of plain yogurt
2 Tbls of walnuts
Put it in a bowl and mix together. Don't use a blender.
Add cinnamon if you want.
