Sorry I missed this earlier. FireFly pretty much covered it... and she should know.
I just wanted to add my own perspective on this. It's my intention to keep my business operating. In politics there are no guarantees. Even if I get elected this time, I might not 3 years from now; so I need something to fall back on.
With that in mind I've hired the most talented person I know and one that I trust completely with my business. As a bonus, she is another CP'er
