I bet he's thinking of juice, juice can count as a serving, but you lose the fibre there. (even if it is pulpy OJ)
don't forget that a serving is like a small apple or half cup of peas, or loosely pack one cup of leafy greens.
serving sizes are surprisingly small,
(most of you don't even want to know how big your 2-3 servings of reccommended meat for one day is)
