i try to have have at least one serving at breakfast, a big salad for lunch and then half my dinner plate is veggies

i more or less follow the p90x nutrition plan and i love it - lots of variety and tasty food too!

i find the main thing is to change things up - always having the same thing gets boring. i usually try to get what's in season - so selection is awesome at this time of the year!
