Default Fruit & Vegetables, Got a Recipe to eat more ?

How can we get more fruit & veg into our diets ? The benefits are undeniable. (link)

I've been making a smoothie every morning, (lately) banana, blueberry, milk. EASY and good.

What is a good way to get that much fruit & veg ?
