I can confirm this, however I did feel a little foolish saying no, I don't like people thinking i'm suspicious of them cheating. And like I said earlier, the thought of them using it to their advantage flashed through my mind but I never really considered it seriously, and both while and after playing I am almost certain Torture didn't use (or need) it.

And if you're concerned about the Missile Turret at the front of his base again, that's pretty common play for a Terran that saw both a Twilight Council and Void Rays. Twilight Council signifies either Dark Templars or High Templars and Terran (even though they have scan) are one of the best races to use Dark Templars against because each scan basically costs you 300 minerals and that's if you have a scan available and haven't been mule'ing.
If Andorphalin was maphacking (Or I was relaying information) he would have been marine heavy to deal with your void rays instead of running away because his Marauders couldn't shoot up. He also would have hit your undefended expansion first rather than going to your main where you had cannons....

I don't want to cast doubt on your reason, but perhaps Flames0910 wouldn't want to make it so obvious? I think a replay is fair, and in the future maybe you guys shouldn't observe eachother for this reason.
