Well all I can say is that comparable listings to my rental (1400sq ft, 3BR, 2 1/2 bath, Bridlewood) have taken a nosedive from the $390 range to the $350 or less.

Add in a $14000.00 realtor commission for selling, and I'll keep on renting, thanks.
