Ms. Hutchins was later charged with criminal mischief in Hampton District Court. About a week later, she filed a stalking order against Dr. Gilligan in Manchester District Court. She alleged she became so upset after a confrontation on Sept. 4 that she was taken to an emergency room with heart palpitations.
The stalking complaint caused an exasperated Special Judge Thomas A. Rappa to compare the two families to Looney Tunes characters.
I wonder what would happen to that lady if she lived in a decidedly Middle class neighborhood?
