Italian Citizenship Question
Has anyone on this board went through the "jure sanguinis" way of becoming an Italian Citizen? Turns out my my great-grandfather didn't become a Canadian citizen until after my Grandpa was born, thus allowing me to become an Italian Citizen by Blood right.
This is actually pretty cool, as half of my family will become Citizen's of Italy, thus being apart of the EU.
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone on CP went through this process and has any advice for me. I'm thinking I should head up to EDMONTON and talk to some paesan in the consulate.
