Loved Sterling in last night's ep. Didn't see that coming, but it make for some great drama.
Don's old assistant is hilarious.
Another great episode, the show never lets down. So good.

I disagree re Betty. Don and Pete are also unlikeable characters but they are
interesting. Betty is just so... boring. Maybe she is what she's supposed to be - a shallow, trophy wife - but as a TV character, she doesn't hold my interest...
