i finally played a game position locked at goalie. maybe its just me, but even this year, my team is still way better than the other team. this was a consistent problem i had last year with my goalie BAP. my team would have possession 70-80% of the time. my team would be great in their offensive zone cycling the puck and getting rebounds, whereas their team would be super ineffective in the offensive zone and get hardly any offensive chances. it gets incredibly boring. i also did see a sequence of wing to D passes that lasted at least 8 passes. might have to play more to see if its still a significant problem.

also the one thing i am noticing is that the ai for when the goalie goes behind the net seems pretty awful. whenever the goalie gets the puck and i get control of him, my defensemen go to the worst spots. what i try to do with the d-man before the goalie gets the puck is go to the open corner so i have space, yet once i get control of the goaliek, the dman i just had will decide to go in the totally opposite direction. thats been somewhat frustrating for me.

also with controlling the goalie, its still so hard to get behind the net and play the puck when playing goalie mode. they need like a special button that will quickly go back there. using the manual skate to skate back there is so ineffective.
