I was in there Wednesday, at 1PM and he was out of Focaccia. She told me it was a really busy lunch, and I smiled.
Cafe Mauro used to be where Fashion Central was a few years back. It was lined up at lunch then, but you waited cause you knew what you were waiting for. His new location doesn't quite get the traffic the old one did, which I find odd.
It's like the train tracks in Calgary are a virtual fence. People north of 9th Ave won't wander south a few blocks to get a proper sandwich.
