I'd argue it was Childress' conservative play calling at the end of the Saints game last year that cost them the game. IIRC, 1st and 10 inside the 35 and he figured he was within Longwell's range. So he run on first and second down, even though the Saints were stacked against it. A couple of loss plays ensued and Favre was forced to make a huge 3rd and long throw to get them back within range.

The way that drive was going...it was Childress that should take the brunt of the blame IMO. It shouldn't have come down to a heroic play by Favre to win them the game, because it was theirs for the taking.
