In my own, personal opinion (which I have tried to base on loads of reading) .... fat should not be your concern. Of course, large amounts of saturated fat is bad .... but fat in general is good and necessary for your body.
You should definitely try to stay away from the saturated fats of most fast food .... but you should really limit your simple carbs (bread, sugar) if weight gain is your main concern.
