We often pick up Chicken Vermicilli (generally around 10g/fat) and go easy on the Fish Oil. Also, McDonalds Fajitas are suprisingly low in fat (one fajita is 5g of fat + 100 calories). Subway can be done low fat, but there is a lot of calories in it. M and M has a easy to make Fajita kit that is 10 grams of fat per 2 fajitas.
Low fat grocery store dinners are generally disgusting and overdone for us.
I do not want a lecture about cooking at home as it is just not a viable option at this point to get hom from work, spend a long time in the kitchen and not eat until after 8.
Any thoughts?

I know the feeling.. But having a steady diet of take-out also sucks.
We usually try to cook twice as much as we need, then we eat the leftovers a couple days later... you end up with a lot of leftovers in you fridge, but its still usually better than the other options.
One quick meal that we really enjoy is stir fry. If the stuff is already chopped and ready to go, it only takes minutes to cook. Healthy too.
