Anyway, I just focused on her with my 70-200. As i took my shot with the slow shutter, I rolled my 'zoom' back. So the slow shutter allows the 'blur' as you roll back.
Anyway, as she walked past, she had headphones in and was texting. I tried to tell her who I was and why I was taking her picture, but she didn't make eye contact and just scurried off.

I have seen this effect before but the way both the foreground and background are blurred but the person is still in focus is cool.
