I'm pretty sure Chick Pea is run by a Lebanese family. I used to go there a lot before they raised their prices, but I've started going there often again recently. We're moving offices within the next few months and it's definitely the place I'm going to miss the most. It's more than it was, but it's still within the range of lunch everywhere else and they make a great shawarma.
I mean subs at Thi Thi's on 8th now are $7 ... we're all headed straight to hell.
