What kind of work environment would you have when it was primary shift work and nobody would trade shifts to help you or so much as say hi or answer any work related questions.

This time is around it will be different as there is a much larger base of personal that crossed but from what I understand they are in a minority.
About 57% in Alberta have crossed. Some departments have more than others, but that says a lot of things....
