I called Shaw yesterday to speak to customer service (not for the SNET1 issue).

The very first recording that came up was "If you are calling about Sportsnet One, we are working on it" - something along those lines anyway. It sounds like they've been getting lots of calls anyway.

IMO, they will add it very soon.
