Actually, let me see about tie breakers.

This is assuming we don't win or tie...

1st tie breaker) points -- tied at 19
2nd tie breaker) wins -- tied at 9
3rd tie breaker) head to head -- tied 1-1
4th tie breaker) goals against - The have 5 less goals than us.

So if we lose, we're almost definitely down to 4th due to GA
