I'm speaking for business users which is BBs strength, and as a business user, I would like them to improve their products because sometimes our field guy will need to access a webpage from their phone. (nevermind the constant battery pulls they have to do and no quickpull doesn't work on every OS/phone)
Don't get me wrong, I'd like BB to improve and innovate but from what I've seen over the past year, they have a lot of work to do.
