Put some headphones on and listen to that. It's all the proof anyone needs that Nickelback is a bloody terrible band. It's two different Nickelback songs played at the same time, one in the left channel and the other in the right (hence the need to use headphones). They match up so perfectly it may as well be the same song.
And yeah, The Weakerthans are really damn good.

well isnt that a beauty of a list you provided.
Other than one..maybe two songs.. Arcade Fire is putrid. Hot indie band though...but they will inevitably fade away because they dont offer mainstream music.
Listened to pieces of most of the others too except Broken Social Scene, Godspeed You Black Emperor & Hawksley Workman.
I can pretty much guarantee you that Nickleback will be around long after these groups die a quick death.
