How about how Jose Molina has handled Brandon Morrow. Seems like a situation where Molina worries about calling the game, and Morrow just focuses on throwing that particular pitch. I think thats been a key for Morrow to just trust his stuff and focus on just throwing his pitches rather than worrying about what pitch he's going to throw, when he's going to throw it, and than try to execute.
