McNabb has never been a real accurate passer either. If he's too excited he does have that tendency to overthrow the ball. Considering how much Andy Reid liked to throw the ball, and that the Eagles didn't always have a big time vertical passing attack McNabbs career stats for completion percentage aren't that impressive.
