Ya mon, I'm with ya on that one. I put myself out there as me; if a woman likes it, that's great; if not, we're better off not wasting each other's time. It's mind-boggling how many people use these sites, and it's tiring trying to read between the lines of profile after templated profile to get a feeling for if there might be something there worth chasing further. Of course, I'm guessing that the young kids might be chasing a more casual dating world than us middle-aged folks, so the 'foot in the door' approach might be a bit more logical for them.
