For those familiar with iphone plans, who would you go with for new activation for someone who lives in Calgary

I am currently with Rogers but only have 6 months left on my contract so I have to problem paying to end the contract early if someone new is better to go with.

From what I can tell Rogers has no real deal, Bell has 5 nationwide calling which would help alot because my family all lives in a different area code, Telus seems cheapest for data at least until October 5. I have no personal hate on for any carrier. Has anyone been able to get the activation fee waved?
